Diffstop to be used on all GMRT data

diffstop will be run by the Observatory on all GMRT data taken since 1 January 2009 to correct a small time error or +2 seconds which causes a phase ramp. We encourage you to check with the control room regarding your data. This time error will be corrected during the maintenance break in March 2009.
