Offset in Fourth Local Oscillator (L04) fixed

An offset in the fourth LO setting was found to occur when the LO4 was not set with four decimal point accuracy. This bug was fixed by the baseband system team at GMRT on on 3 March 2006. Details and the offsets on various days starting from 18 November 2004 can be found here.
